Customers with Existing Driving Range Credit On YGB System

If you have purchased prepaid credit on our range booking system you have a couple of options.

 1. The money on your  account plus the additional 20% or 30% your received at purchase can be converted to our new range credit system.

For Example if you purchased £50 you received an additional £10 free of charge. All of this £60 would be transferred to the new system.

The new credit system offers a 20% discount off each basket price 

For example the customer with  transferred £60 credit buying a regular basket at £7.50 - 20% (£6) will be left with £54. (The customer will effectively get a double discount on the existing money). 

I hope this extra discount goes someway to offset customers disappointment in us change back to the old system.

2. For those customers that wish so we can also offer a 100% refund. Please let the shop staff know in store if you would like to have a refund and provide your bank details so we can process refunds asap for you.
